J. Clint Jameson, Managing Partner

Clint Jameson began developing real estate over 19 years ago with Canyon Ranch Enterprises, the development arm of Canyon Ranch Health and Fitness Resorts. At Canyon Ranch, he worked on numerous projects, including a 70-acre resort in Bali, Indonesia; a 12-deck “Spa at Sea” cruise ship concept; an 8,000 sq. ft. day spa at the Hacienda Del Mar Hotel in Cabo San Lucas; and the Canyon Ranch SpaClub, a 70,000 sq. ft. day spa at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.

In 1999, Clint joined Evergreen Development, one of the largest preferred Walgreens and Fresh & Easy developers in the country. Clint successfully completed and worked on approximately 40 Walgreen development projects before gravitating to Evergreen’s signature power center projects, including Steam Pump Village, a 42-acre lifestyle/power center located in Oro Valley; Laveen Ranch Marketplace, a 13-acre Safeway anchored shopping center in Phoenix, AZ; and Madera Marketplace, a 23-acre, Wal-Mart-anchored shopping center in Sahuarita, AZ.

Client holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Arizona and recently obtained the distinguished ICSC CDP (certified development professional) designation.

Matthew A. Ladendorf, Managing Partner

Matt Ladendorf is a 20 year seasoned real estate professional. Starting in 1994 as a Landlord and Tenant broker at CBRE in Albuquerque, NM. Representing various developers and landlords throughout the state of NM. Also representing many national retailers on their site selection needs as well. In 2002 Matt moved to Phoenix, AZ to join Western Refining (NYSE: WNR) to become the Vice President and Director of Real Estate. Matt set up the internal Real Estate Department working with the three departments: the refinery, whole sale gas and retail C-Store divisions.

After successfully implementing a platform for all department to use going forward. Matt decided to return to his driving passion of retail development from 2004-2014 and joined forces with Diversified Partners (Preferred Wal-Mart Developer) and Desert Troon Companies developing and solidifying relationships with many national retailers throughout the country

Over Matt’s career he has developed over 10 million square feet of retail development consisting of Power Center, Grocery center, shadow anchored retail and Build to Suite projects throughout the southwest region.

Matt has served as past Chairman (2 yrs.) of the Southwest Idea Exchange for the International Council of Shopping Centers organization for the Southwest Region. Mr. Ladendorf holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of New Mexico.
